Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. As a solo provider, last-minute cancellations impact my small business and the ability to serve other clients. I kindly ask that you review the following:
• Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
If you miss your appointment without notifying me, the full service amount will be charged.
• Running late?
Please message me as soon as possible. Arrivals later than 10 minutes may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, and may be treated as a no-show depending on the service booked.
